expertise you deserve

Your story deserves more than cookie-cutter therapy. It deserves to be met—clearly, softly, truthfully, with someone who gets it.

specialized support for a unique and intense season.

Becoming a parent is more than a new schedule—it's a reshaping of who you are, how you relate, and the story you tell about yourself. My approach is rooted in presence, curiosity, and a belief that every experience deserves to be understood, not just managed. Each session is held with care, so that what we uncover together doesn't just get you through this season, but helps you author what comes next.

Note: if you don't see yourself on this list but dig the vibes and are curious about working together, send me a note :)

Frequently asked questions

What are your credentials?

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor in the province of BC. I hold Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International. I have a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelors in Psychology.

Do you take insurance?

Currently, I do not direct-bill to insurance companies. As a Registered Clinical Counsellor, my services often qualify for reimbursement depending on your insurance coverage.

How many sessions will it take for me to feel better?

This is hard to predict because it depends on so many things. I hope to create an environment and a design that has you feeling hopeful from the first session. Most of my clients report they feel therapy is "working" after ~6-7 sessions. That said, this is very nuanced.

you don't have to be ready -- just come.

Start where you are; messy, lost, without the words, without a plan.
